Are you looking for something to stimulate your mind while baby is napping, or to add to your CV before you return to work? If you have a few hours a week to spare and you'd like to give something back to the NCT, we'd love to hear from you.

Volunteers are always required to help with all sorts of activities. You could take on a specific role within the branch or just help out occasionally with branch events. It's a great way of meeting people - and keeping busy!

Just email volunteers@nct-hertsnorth.org.uk and we'll let you know how you can get involved, when the next committee meeting is, what the current branch vacancies are and so on.

Committee posts require different types of people with different skills and there really is something for everyone, no matter how much or little time you think you may have to offer. Support is always given by the rest of the committee and not only do you get a sense of pride and achievement for your efforts, you are likely to make new friends and gain some useful experience to add to your CV.
